Haiti’s Chancellor Strengthens Diplomatic Relations with Benin

Haiti’s Chancellor Jean-Victor Harvel Jean-Baptiste attended the first Benin-CARICOM Ministerial Meeting, focusing on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between countries.
