The South Sudan national team is represented by fighters Abednego Thon (Wizzy), Sky Okony, and James Majok Gau. In an interview with Radio Tamazuj at the Juba International Airport, the President of the South Sudan Kickboxing Federation, Puro Okello Oboo, conveyed confidence in his athletes’ abilities. He stated, “We are traveling to Thailand to represent South Sudan in the ongoing championship. The fighters are prepared and will bring good results.”
Wizzy expressed his appreciation for the chance to represent the nation, remarking, “We are happy to represent South Sudan.
