The Italian Embassy situated in Quito has declared the establishment of an Honorary Vice Consulate in Manta, Ecuador, as published in the Official Gazette. This new consulate, under the authority of the Embassy, will serve the entire province of Manabí, which has a population exceeding 250,000.
