The signing ceremony was graced by members of the royal family, various ministers, military leaders, and the Angolan delegation.

The President was seen off at the Royal Airport by notable figures including Abdulsalam Mohammed al Murshidi, H.E. Dr. Frederico Cardoso, the Non-Resident Ambassador of Angola to Oman.
